Description
The renewal of the EÜ km 1.442 must be carried out in particular with regard to the enlargement of the clear dimensions of the road traffic area.
The need to renew the bridge arises in connection with the renewal of the crossing structure (KrBW) km 0.980/5962, which is located further east of the level crossing km 1.442 in the centre of the marshalling yard, and furthermore with the renewal of the level crossing km 1.312/5960 over Julius-Loßmann-Str., which is located west of the level crossing km 1.442.
The road system in the area of the bridge structure will be renewed in connection with the renewal of the bridge. This requires the construction of a total of three retaining walls. A number of railway divisions and third parties are affected in connection with the construction project.
