Your Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and proposals, write reports and ensure all projects remain within budget
• Test, modify and evaluate the performance of different materials (and combinations of materials) for different qualities
• Monitor and ensure quality control of materials to meet with the specification standard
• Providing technical advice about the suitability of materials for different products and problems

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineer or relevant field
• Must have total experience at least 15 years
• Experience in Road/Highway construction project will be an advantage
• Proficiency in English written and verbal communication
